01. Initiating a Claim

02. Return Conditions
Applications for reimbursement must be filed within a strict 60-day period counting from your initial order validation.
Purchasers are requested to ship back all relevant product containers, whether completely full, partially used, or empty, to our storage center.
Please notice that initial shipping and processing charges are non-refundable and are deducted from your final credit calculation.
All completed refunds are processed automatically back to the original bank card or payment source used during the purchase phase.
03. Settlement Period
Once your returned package arrives and passes validation at our logistics hub, we will finalize your transaction credit. Depending on your financial group's custom guidelines, it typically requires 5 to 10 standard business days for the balance to show in your bank statements.
